On Sunday May 21, 2017 the George C. Shields Council # 420 was awarded the "Council Activity Award" for Fraternal Year 2016-2017 at the Annual MA KofC Convention down in Hyannis, MA. They were given this award as a result of all their work and effort at St. Mary's Parish Annual Septemberfest and for hosting their Annual Soccer Shootout during this wonderful parish event. Above is MA State Deputy Paul O'Sullivan presenting the Council Activity Award to Council # 420's Grand Knight Chris Goldner and to Council # 420's current District Deputy and the council's Past Grand Knight Chuck McPherson.
