Every Memorial Day the Knights of Columbus assist in the special Parish Mass to pray for those deceased from our parish and especially those buried in St. Mary's Cemetery. This Mass is held at the base of the Crucifixion Monument which was donated by the Knights of Columbus back in the 1950's to honor those from Mansfield who lost their lives during World War II. The Knights also spend time the week prior to the Mass sprucing up the cemetery in preparation for this special Mass.

Group of Knights working in St. Mary's Cemetery on Wednesday sprucing it up for the Memorial Day Mass on Monday May 26, 2014. A big THANK YOU to the Kasiski family (Bob, Eileen & Ryan) for purchasing and planting the flowers. When you see "Sir" Jim DiCorpo be sure to congratulate him on being the newest member of the order of the Fourth Degree from our council. In fact, Jim was the only individual from our Assembly 398 to be inducted. Jim was part of the exemplification held on May 3rd who, along with Bishop Robert Hennessey, was inducted into the order of the Fourth Degree.
