The Mansfield Knights of Columbus will conduct our next Pancake Breakfast this Sunday 11/3/24. The Mansfield Knights will be hosting a complementary pancake breakfast in honor of our Seminarian John Martin and other Seminarians. Any donations to enable us to support this Seminarian Program are greatly appreciated. The breakfast will be held in the parish Rose Garden Bldg. (behind St Mary's Church at 330 Pratt St.) from 8:00am until 11:00am. So please, feel free to join us for a great breakfast on Sunday November 3rd.

The Gavel has been passed.........
Below you can see where the gavel representing the role of Grand Knight has been passed over to Dan Joyce the newly elected Grand Knight (GK) for KofC Council 420. The outgoing GK Chuck McPherson, PGK, FDD is on the left handing Dan the gavel to be used in upcoming monthly meetings for KofC Fraternal Year 2024-2025. Even though he could not join us in person for our Polar Plunge, he proved he was with us in spirit, although I am not sure the "Polar" portion of the plunge was maintained LOL Hawaiian Splash (youtube.com)

SCHOLARSHIP CRITERIA: 1. Applicant must be a registered member of St. Mary’s Parish in Mansfield 2. Applicant must be a graduating senior in public or private High School and progressing on to his/her 1st year of study at a 2 or 4-year college/university 3. Applicant must complete this scholarship application before the deadline of Saturday, April 6, 2024 Each scholarship will be awarded based on the following three pillars: Charity – How has the student given freely of his/her time and talent to the parish, school and community? Unity – How has the student stayed connected and active in his/her Parish Family? Faith in Action – How has the student lived out Jesus’ call to be Brothers and Sisters in Christ? Please join the Mansfield KofC Council 420 nicknamed "The Knights of Cold and Numbness" and other organizations in raising funds for the Special Olympics by taking the plunge. The 2024 LETR Sharon Polar Plunge takes place at Sharon High School 181 Pond St. Sharon, MA. Registration begins in the High School at 9am and the plunge takes place at 11am in Lake Massapoag.
